Pro-Tips for a Perfect Heisler Park Evening

To ensure the best experience and stay in compliance with City guidelines, keep these local tips in mind:

  • Seating: The amphitheater fills up quickly. Low-back beach chairs are highly encouraged so everyone behind you can still enjoy the ocean view.
  • Dining & Drinks: Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ but must be accompanied by a full meal. Please remember that solicitation of any kind is prohibited at City events.
  • Sustainability Matters: Laguna Beach is a leader in coastal protection. Please avoid single-use plastics and bring reusable water bottles and bags. Let’s keep our parks as clean as our coves.
  • Skip the Parking Stress: Parking near Heisler Park is notoriously difficult in the evenings. We recommend taking the Free City Trolley or Laguna Locals Van. The nearest stop to the amphitheater is at the corner of Cliff Drive and Jasmine Street.

Stewardship & The So Laguna Mission

While we celebrate the arts at Heisler Park, the So Laguna Neighborhood Association remains dedicated to preserving the character of our entire coastline—from North Laguna to the South Laguna coves.

Events like Sunset Serenades remind us why we fight for neighborhood-compatible spaces and the fulfillment of restoration promises across our city. Whether it’s maintaining our public parks or advocating for the 31762 Coast Hwy site restoration, we are your voice for a beautiful, accountable Laguna.
