Bluebird Park has extremely limited residential street parking. Visitors are highly encouraged to utilize the Free Laguna Beach Coastal Trolley. Park at the Act V lot (1900 Laguna Canyon Rd) and track the trolley live on our Trolley Tracker to easily take the canyon route directly to the coastal link, getting off at Bluebird Canyon Drive. Alternatively, walk or bike to the park.

Concerts run precisely from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Blankets and low-back beach chairs (under 30 inches) are permitted on the lawn area. High-back chairs must be placed at the very perimeter of the park. Alcohol is permitted only for adults 21+ accompanied by a full meal, in compliance with municipal park ordinances. No dogs are allowed in the park during concert hours.

Picnics are encouraged! Please note that per City ordinance, alcohol may only be consumed when accompanied by a full meal.

To ensure a great experience for everyone, please keep these City of Laguna Beach park policies in mind:

Setup Times: Items may not be placed in the park to reserve spots until 3:00 p.m. on concert days.
Seating: Use low-back chairs (no higher than 31 inches) to ensure everyone has a clear view of the stage.
Parking & Transit: Parking near Bluebird Park is extremely limited. We highly recommend taking the Laguna Beach Trolley. The trolley runs throughout the summer and drops off right near the park entrance.
Food & Drink: Picnics are encouraged! Please note that per City ordinance, alcohol may only be consumed when accompanied by a full meal.
Sustainability: Laguna Beach is committed to being plastic-free. Please use reusable containers and avoid single-use plastics.
No Dogs: Please leave your four-legged friends at home, as dogs are not permitted in Bluebird Park during these events.

SoLaguna Local Tip

Don’t bother trying to park downtown during summer weekends! The traffic on Coast Highway gridlocks by noon. Instead, park at the Act V parking lot (Lot 16) in the Canyon for a small fee and take the free Canyon Route trolley directly to the festival grounds and Main Beach. It is exponentially faster and less stressful. Make sure you delete the old Transloc app and download the new Laguna Beach Transit app before you arrive so you can track the trolleys in real-time.
